Order Picker (Stafford) - NIGHTS

Award winning recruitment company Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with prestigious client - We are currently recruiting Order Pickers/ Warehouse Operatives to join the team in a busy warehouse based in Stafford ST16. We are offering a market leading opportunity for candidates that want to work within the warehousing environment with opportunity to progress their careers.

Days: Sun - Thu (5 nights per week)

Shift Time: 11pm - 7am

Pay Rates: GBP9.85ph increasing after 12wks to GBP11.40ph

Overtime after 40 hours basic paid at GBP12.31

Breaks paid

Skills:

You will have an eye for detail and accuracy and knowledge of health and safety and excellent customer service skills.

The Role:

You will be responsible for picking orders for customer deliveries, displaying an ability for accuracy and attention to detail.

The role involves:

• Picking and packing product orders for dispatch
• Replenishing stock lines in the warehouse.
• Communicating information regarding Damages/returns and stock rotation to Management so that appropriate action can be taken.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork to drive stock accuracy.
• To work as part of a team, support colleagues and be collaborative in working practices
• Carry out 100% checks on all picked orders
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as requested by the operations manager.
