Stock & Inventory Manager

Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Job Role:
To maximise the performance of the operation by ensuring stock accuracy is maintained and improved. Providing leadership, motivation, training and development of your team, executing against customer requirements and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Inventory management - review results identify discrepancies and report to the site senior team and the customer where necessary identifying areas for improvement
Stock reconciliation discrepancies compare SAP levels to WMS and investigation of discrepancies
Develop comprehensive MIS to report results to site senior team, and to enable early identification of adverse trends
Liaise with the customer to ensure stock issues reach a satisfactory conclusion within timescales established with the customer and client.
Quality Control - monitor rejection rates and liaise with the customer to establish where improvements can be made utilising established process such as CAPA
Drive through improvements in stock and quality working closely with the Operations Manager and the site team.
Liaise with site Co-Pack Manager and team to ensure that stock integrity is maintained throughout the co-packing process
Work closely with the Customer Services Manager and Transport Team to investigate and resolve any stock queries and issues arising from customer deliveries
Provide coaching and development of all within the department to facilitate personal and professional growth enabling the individual to develop to their full potential
Budget management and delivery of service within defined costs
Delivery of Key Performance Indicators including site Health & Safety
Ensure consistent standards of quality are delivered to the customer
