Power Press Setter
Power press setter required in Cheltenham working Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 22:00, paying GBP11.50ph + depending on experience, some overtime available, Free onsite car park, On site canteen, Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Working in a busy production factory as a Power press setter you will be responsible for setting press machines, running machines, general machine maintenance, tool changing, Other warehouse duties include; high volume assembly, manual handling, heavy lifting, sweeping, tidying and maintaining health & safety. Successful candidate will need to have knowledge of press setting, operating Haulick presses upto 120 ton.
To be Successful:
Knowledge of basic tool rectification - punch and die changes.
Must have press setting certification and L.O.L.E.R training.
Record/document press performance and quality concerns ensuring corrective action is taken.
Ensuring that presses are signed off as safe to run.
Perform 'first and last off' sample inspections to meet quality standards.
Follow all HSE requirements.
Good Reliability & Timekeeping.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail, Happy with repetitive work.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently under minimum supervision.
Positive, hardworking attitude.
