Salary: GBP35k - GBP38k per annum Including Sleep ins
You Must:
* Have experience managing a Children's Residential Home
* Drive with access to your own vehicle
* Be able to accommodate sleep - ins
* Be competent in managing staff and a team of care staff
* Have a proficient background in children's care and demonstrate strong knowledge of legislation and care regulator.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and proud children's care provider based across the Northwest of England. The company are highly regarded and strive to deliver leading residential care for children, pushing them forward to a bright future. They look to develop staff and can offer progression to key members of staff.
The successful candidate must have experience of working with children with a specific background in EBD care. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge gained in previous positions as well as suitable qualifications relevant to the sector.
For this position we can only accept applications from candidates currently working in the sector, as well as candidates who can drive and have access to their own vehicle.
Where is the role:
This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent and is commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Keele, Congleton, Crewe, Stafford, Cheddleton, Macclesfield, Sandbach, Madeley, Cheadle.
