Conveyancing Technical Specialist - Wakefield

As a Technical Specialist to the Residential Conveyancing Department you will provide technical advice and assistance on challenging conveyancing matters. Including Sale and Purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new leases, lease extensions, rent charges, and new build properties.

The successful candidate will possess at least 4 year's residential conveyancing experience and be able to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
