Childcare Advocate
Childcare Advocate (Remote working)
3-6 Months + GBP45-50 per hour
Part time or full time will be considered
Childcare Advocate is required to join a local authority in the South East region on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months initially with the view of extension thereafter.
Childcare Advocate is required to assist aa busy childcare team with remote hearings due to the team having limited capacity due to high volume of work. You will be a Barrister or a Solicitor Advocate who has a strong passion for advocacy within public childcare cases.
Due to the courts still operating with remote hearings, there is no requirement to attend court although on the odd occasion a hybrid hearing may be requested. Our client is happy to hear from candidates seeking part time or full time hours and those who can perhaps accomodate this alongside their Chambers work or other commitments.
This is a highly sought after local authority to work for and comes with an excellent reputation in the market.
Candidates on notice of up to 1 month will be considered due to the need within the team. However candidates on longer notice are strongly recommended to get in touch due to the market being so busy and some clients may wait for candidates due to the shortage in the market.
