This is one of the biggest brand names in consumer appliances, a global player that are extremely well respected in their area. Although they are huge worldwide, they have a small culture feel in the UK so it's an opportunity for someone to come in and make a big difference by playing a huge part in their strategy. An award winning business, they want someone to join their fabulous culture and be part of their exciting journey. They're fortunate enough to say that Covid has had a relatively neutral impact on them as a business and they're still growing their fantastic team!
The exact account portfolio is yet to be fully defined, however, it will definitely include some grocery multiples so either JS, Tesco, Asda or Morrisons or potentially all of them! They have an exciting growth strategy within this customer area so it really is a great time to get on board. You must set a win/win strategy and work closely with your customers in order to successfully implement this strategy. You will take responsibility for the bricks and mortar grocery business as well as the .com arena.
They're flexible on which sector of FMCG you come from, appliances experience is not important. What is important, however, is that you've had experience of managing grocery multiples and you understand this channel well. Being commercially savvy goes without saying and a positive attitude alongside grit and determination are pivotal for success in this role. They want this individual to play a big part in their future success so ambition is key. Being a global employer, opportunities within the UK and further afield are regularly available.
Whilst we would like to respond to all our on-line applicants, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive. If you've not heard from us within two weeks, unfortunately on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful
