On behalf of our client who is rapidly growing Peterborough based business we are looking to recruit an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilise outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

The Telesales Executive's responsibilities include obtaining criteria met appointments for the Sales Team, for IT, Telephony and Connectivity services. Working to a structure in order to secure qualified meetings, it will also be the responsibility of the Telesales Executive to update and maintain accurate records of calls made and information from those calls and the data gathered.

To be successful as a Telesales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Telesales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. You should be able to build a rapport with the decision maker of the business with the ultimate aim of securing an appointment.
