You will need to be an inspirational and charismatic leader with the ability to drive performance and inspire the team around you. As with any senior role, the ability to drive culture and operational change is pivotal, as well as delivering sustainable change through Lean Manufacturing principles.
With this role being in the meat manufacturing environment, naturally it would be beneficial to have a background from the meat industry.
If you are currently a Butchery Manager, Abattoir Manager or Slaughter house Manager, you will already be 1 step ahead of the rest.
The company has seen exceptional growth over the past few years and continues to grow exponentially. For them to adhere to their huge yet very achievable plans, they need a Production Manager who not only knows what good looks like but how to implement it.
