Technical Operator

To help ensure we meet demand and #FeedTheNation at this critical time we are urgently looking for additional resources for our Spalding Warehouse.

The evolving Codid-19 outbreak has led to an unprecedented surge in demand for our product and we want to ensure everyone who wants a Gousto Recipe box can have one! And that's where you come in!

We have immediate start opportunities for Technical Operators at our Spalding Warehouse. The positions operate on a 12 hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern and we have both days and nights available.

As the Technical Operator you will be the first on scene when anything goes wrong. If you can spot the problem and fix it normality resumes and we keep pushing out the recipe boxes to #feedthenation. If you can't fix itno problem. We just need to escalate and get it rectified ASAP!

And it isn't just about fixing problems. It is about preventing them from arising in the first place. You will regularly carry out planned preventative maintenance either on your lonesome or in collaboration with an engineer. The smooth running of the factory is in your hands!

If you have experience within a similar role in a food factory then make sure you smash that apply button as we can't wait to speak to you! We are progressing super quick with these roles and if you are suitable for the Section Leader or Team Leader then it will just be one video interview prior to deciding whether we offer you the job. Since the Supervisor has some more responsibility it will need a second video interview with the Operations Director
