The Store Operations Support function is responsible for ensuring that they provide clear concise and accurate communication and effective support between the field and Central Office, ensuring the needs of the field are met in a timely manner. deal with all enquiries via email and calls from Stores, District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and other Headoffice Departments
*This is a part time role for 16 hours*
Responsibilities
Deal with all enquiries via email and calls from Stores, District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and other Headoffice Departments
Use internal software system (Manage Engine) to log all emails and calls correctly, with a clear communication trail for the department to follow up on
Provide solutions and support using own knowledge and seek out solutions within Operations team. Escalate priority issues to the right departments to take action
Ensure high levels of customer service are adhered to at all times for Claire's employees (Store/Field/Headoffice)
Process Piercing licence applications for UK stores. Contacting councils and making payments. Produce Piercing Certificates/Licences for newly trained staff and maintain the In-house Database, making updates and amendments as required.
Collate requested information as per DSM emails in a timely manner.
Coordinate and send Communications, Roadmaps, Memo Packs and weekly reports through the Claire's internal system - The HUB and Inotes.
Process store supplies and graphic orders for the field and store team as well as dealing with any issues raised.
Support the Operations team for conference and meetings.
Validate key documents for stores/field teams, working in partnership with translation team.
Any other ad'hoc duties within Operations.
About You
Experience of working in a customer facing role
Microsoft Office, Excel, InDesign and Internet
Fluent English/French (Other languages desirable)
Produces work that is accurate, thorough, and on time
Accepts personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
Build and maintain effective working relationship with key partners across the business
Checks information carefully to ensure accuracy
Maintain a strong customer focus
Is able to effectively multi-task and work under pressure
