Oliver Sanderson is currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join a well-known Logistics business in the Gatwick area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional with a strong Systems knowledge to really broaden their skill set with a company that offers great development and learning opportunities.

This role reports into the HR Systems Specialist with responsibilities including:

• Gaining an expert knowledge of the HR System and its relation to HR Service Centre processes
• Becoming a "Super-User" of the internal Portal, understanding all processes and providing training where necessary
• Investigating system functionality to provide solutions to business requirements
• Producing MI and data for the HR Team and wider business
• Providing support to the business on HR systems queries
• Ad-hoc system admin duties, including reporting and data requests
• Systems support to wider HR Team, including training on specific modules

In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems as well as optimising the use of data to ensure change and compliance is delivered across the HR function.

The winning candidate will have previous HR experience and a good knowledge of HR Systems. They will be a strong communicator have good attention to detail and an analytical mind.
