Business Systems Support Administrator
Our client, a dynamic, progressive organisation are looking to recruit a Business Systems Support Administrator to join their existing team based in their offices in Alton.
As Business Systems Support Administrator, you will provide support to users. This role is predominantly administration along with data entry and some 1st line support.
Key duties:
Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner
Troubleshooting issues
Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system
Producing custom reports and searches
Supporting the Business Applications team with ad-hoc tasks
Essential skills:
Strong excel skills
Experience of using/supporting CRM/ERP
An understanding of the sales process (B2B)
High attention to detail
A willingness to learn and adapt
