Temporary: Expected to last until March 2021 with a possible extension
Location: Slough
Pay Rate: GBP17 - GBP22 per hour Paye Inc or GBP20.50 - GBP28 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours
Purpose of the Job:
* To work with the eRostering Manager to implement and roll out of eRostering across the Trust, including expansion to other staff groups and functions.
* To roll out additional functionality to ensure full benefits realisation of the eRostering system (i.e. payroll interface, competences, Employee Online etc).
* To provide an effective, customer focused eRostering support service, ensuring all users are adequately trained and able to fully utilise the system; ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner.
* To work within the eRostering team providing first and second-line helpdesk support
Job details:
* The postholder will lead the implementation of electronic rostering for junior doctors.
* The post holder will work with the HR Medical Team, Divisional Management, Rota Co-ordinators and Medical staff to successfully project manage and implement the full functionality of a medical e-Rostering system.
* This is both a demanding and rewarding role and it is essential that the successful applicant has significant experience of project management and ideally Healthroster or Medical HR experience.
* The role involves ensuring all documentation is completed and project deadlines are met, working closely with Medical HR Team and Rota Co-ordinators to configure the system and deliver the project and engaging with all stakeholders to ensure a successful and effective implementation of e-Rostering for junior doctors
