About the role
Key responsibilities:
* To complete development of new course materials for UK rail telecommunication training courses
* Delivery of UK rail telecommunication training courses both internally and to customers
* Delivery of competence assessment on UK rail telecommunication equipment both internally and to customers
* Prepares cost calculation of training courses
* Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
* May provide technical support in case of complaints
To be considered
* Previous experience in writing and developing a training programmes
* Experience in Delivering training to Network Rail engineers
* Knowledge of Power supplies, batteries, mains supply, different voltages & manufacturers
* Telecoms experience is crucial
