In Store Design Associate - Edinburgh
GBP18,000 - GBP24,000 Basic Salary, Bonus Opportunity, Other Corporate Benefits
40 Hours a Week minimum - including weekend working.
We are looking for an In-Store Design Associate to join a cutting edge stunningly designed store in Edinburgh.
You will be instrumental in setting the standards of customer service and sales excellence as well as introducing consumers and interior designers to a fascinating, dynamic and category disrupting product range.
These guys want to empower you to be able to take real ownership of the store and your actions within it - essentially they want you to run the company as if it is your own - within reason!
As an In-Store Design Associate you will need to be able to educate your clients about the different ranges on offer and you will be involved in all day to day sales. As part of a small team within the store you will also introduce a dynamic and customisable product range to the public, contributing to building success from scratch.
You will also need to think outside the box a little and contribute something different to the business - this can be anything from hosting virtual events or visiting local design and homeware stores in the area to see what possible partnerships you can conjure up - the opportunities to develop yourself really are endless here!

Familiar with providing customers with advice in an assisted sales environment and loves talking about ideas, challenges and gives relevant advice.

Confident personality, positive attitude, and an infectious energy.
Experience with Interior Design, Colours or Home Styles would be advantageous however is not essential for this role.
You need to be able to sell to people and engage them.
