We have an amazing opportunity to join our expanding client who is a multi award winning business based in Redditch.
Our client is looking for experienced Insurance Advisors to join their expending team.
If you have worked within Financial Service, Insurance or Utilities in a Customer Support role we want to talk to you.
This is a fantastic time to join the company as they are expending rapidly.
Duties to include:
* Handling incoming enquiries over the telephone, via email and online
* Providing a first class customer service
* Dealing with renewals and retentions
* Discussing suitable products and services
* Building rapport with customers
* Working to SLA's and KPI's
* Resolving any issues
* Updating systems with accurate information.
Key Skills:
* Experience of working within the insurance sector in a customer based role
* Excellent communication skills - by phone and email
* Have a positive working attitude
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team
* Must be able to pass a credit and DBS check
Hours of Work:
Full Time - 40 hours a week working between 9am -7.30pm
Working 1/2 Saturdays per month - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm with reduced hours in the week.
Salary:
GBP23,500 OTE
