A vacancy has arisen for a Part time (3-4 days per week) Residential Conveyancer based in Central London.
The role will see you working on a mixed caseload of conveyancing transactions to include leasehold and freehold sales/purchases, shared ownership sales/purchases, new build and some staircasing. You will get support from a Conveyancing Assistant on all aspects of the conveyancing process, from instruction through to completion.
Skills and experiences:
* A minimum of 1 years' PQE within a Conveyancing team
* A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
* Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with support from a conveyancing assistant
* A strong technical understanding of the conveyancing process
* The ability to work on one's own initiative
* Excellent client care skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude
Salary
GBP35-GBP45K per annum pro rata depending on experience
