Our client is a highly successful organisation within the construction industry, specialising in interior refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out of well known retail establishments. They are looking for a Multi Skilled Trade Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a good commercial retail background and with reactive maintenance experience.
Main Purpose of job:
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Trades person - ideally able to take on a range of tasks to include Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Tiling and General DIY.
Our client deals with Reactive Maintenance Contracts within a Commercial environment and is looking an experienced Multi Trade Engineer to join their existing team and take responsibility for retail sites throughout the Cambridge and surrounding regions.
The ideal applicant will have a proven background in reactive maintenance, be accustomed to working across multiple sites and experience working on commercial properties such as shops, bars, restaurants, banks, hotels etc, will be deemed as a distinct advantage.
Essential Requirements:
* Multi trade skills
* Clean UK Driving Licence
* Excellent people/communication skills
Package Includes:
* Company Van
* Basic salary GBP26,000 (GBP12.50 per hour/Guaranteed 40 hour week) - Salary negotiable for the right person
* Basic pay includes all business travel - As soon as you leave home, you are paid!
* Overtime available - bringing average earnings in excess of GBP33,000
* Holiday pay
