Location: Sheffield
Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 DOE
Contact: Full Time, Permanent
CRA Legal are working with an expanding, reputable local law firm who are rapidly growing. Their busy conveyancing team are looking to hire additional Conveyancing Assistants as a result of new business wins.
Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing remortgaging files from opening to completion
Liaise with mortgage providers, lenders and financial advisors
Liaise with clients, updating them on progress and providing expert legal advise
Proceeding with Residential Conveyancing / Remortgaging files, processing through case management system
Ensuring a smooth, efficient and transparent service to clients
Typing legal documentation
Conducting checks
Correspondence management
Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge in Residential Conveyancing Transactions (Academic or Work Experience)
