Fee Earner
* This role will be to handle an existing case load of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
* The department deals with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions
* You will be responsible for all aspects of the files, to include checking the legal title, reporting on the mortgage and searches and handling enquiries
* You will also be expected to provide support to the junior members of the department when necessary
Key skills/ Expereince
* You must have expereince in running your own residential conveyancing caseload previously, ideally of 100 + files (my client will consider someone who has expereince in lower volume of cases)
* Ideally at least 2 years expereince in managing your own case load with residential conveyancing
* You must be hardworking and have excellent time management skills
* Ability to be able to work under pressure and to certain timescales
* A key understanding of the conveyancing process and the conveyancing protocol
* Good IT skills with expereince in using Microsoft packages
* Case management expereince
* Positive and hardworking attitude
You will report to the head of conveyancing/principal
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 09.30am-5.00pm
* Full time and permanent
* Salary is depending upon expereince
