Beverage Operatives

The Gi Group are currently seeking Beverage Operatives to join our clients' team based in Elsham Wold Industrial Estate.

**Please be aware, having your own transport is essential due to location**

Location is accessible for those with own transport from; Scunthorpe, Brigg, Grimsby, Hull, Barton, Winterton and local surrounding Areas

The role is working in a clean, warm and modern production environment. The client offers excellent opportunities for training, development and progression for those that demonstrate the capability.

There are several shifts available;
* 7am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 11am Friday (40hour week)
* 6am to 6pm Monday to Thursday (48hour week)
* 6pm to 6am Monday to Thursday (48 hour week)*
* 2pm - 12am Monday - Thursday (Limited availability)

Rates of pay
The starting rate of pay is GBP8.72ph. The rate increases if you move into a skilled role.
Over time is paid after 40 hours - x1.5 - GBP13.08
Shift Premiums
2pm-12am shifts - GBP2.00ph shift premium - GBP10.72
6pm - 6am shifts - GBP3.00ph - GBP11.72

Previous experience in food production environment is desirable, but the main attribute is a strong work ethic, having a can do attitude and being willing and ready to learn.

It is essential candidates possess the following attributes;
* Able to work together and communicate as part of a team.
* Excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal.
* Able to maintain accuracy and quality of work at all times.
* Happy to work in a Food environment, which is fast paced.
* Able to get to sites location in Elsham Wold for the shifts (not reliant on Public Transport)
