CI Engineer
A leading manufacturer of highly in demand products is looking for a CI Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer with Lean and Continuous Improvement experience. This is a chance to work for a stable company who like to promote from within.
As a CI Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer you will join a business with a strong vision and values. They value Quality and are always striving to improve their Lean standards.
As a CI Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer with Lean you will get involved in the following tasks:
?? Problem solving and RCA using 8D, 5Y, Ishikawa other core tools
?? Assist with Process Improvements
?? Control and approve process changes
?? Help develop Lean SOPs
?? Seek ways to improve workplace organisation and flow and help drive change in these areas
?? Use your Lean / CI experience to deliver cost savings
The right CI Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer will have
?? Lean / CI project experience and be able to provide example of positive results
?? Lean or Six Sigma training
?? Excellent Data and Analysis skills
?? Ability to drive a strong Quality and EHS culture on site
The right CI Engineer / Continuous Improvement Engineer will have:
?? Strong communication skills
?? Great organizational skills
