Smart Solutions' people are fundamental to its success. As a Customer Support Advisor in our Managed Service Division, you will ensure the key account customer support function runs efficiently.


As a Customer Support Advisor you will provide exceptional support by answering incoming calls, processing bookings, dealing with enquiries and processing feedback related to the Managed Service Division. You will respond promptly and courteously to enquiries, whilst acting as an effective intermediary between our client and account management team. You will meet and exceed company targets to drive customer satisfaction and process all orders with efficient communication. You will assist with basic queries and collate, analyse and report on relevant data using Microsoft Excel. Acting in a professional manner at all times, you will ensure that personal information is safeguarded, in line with General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR) and maintain regular consistent and professional attendance ensuring adherence to Company policies and procedures.


You will have a good level of verbal and written communication skills and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly MS Excel. You must be highly organised with excellent time management skills and good geographical knowledge of the surrounding areas is essential. Experience in the recruitment industry and waste and recycling sector is advantageous. Previous Master Vendor experience is desirable along with flexibility to work outside of standard working hours.
