They are now looking for an Associate Laboratory Production Specialist to join their Technical Manufacturing Team in Southampton.

In this exciting role, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of our client’s manufacturing function, which will enable them to create more products while maintaining the quality they are renowned for. 

The Role 

As an Associate Laboratory Production Specialist, you will help to ensure that our client’s diagnostic products are manufactured to a high standard.

You’ll assist with a range of activities, including completing product failure and quality control investigations, validation tasks and identifying and testing product components. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Support the resolution of manufacturing issues  
- Help to develop new manufacturing methods, approaches and processes 
- Establish and advise on product performance measurements
- Help to design experimental studies 
- Write reports 

About You

To be considered as an Associate Laboratory Production Specialist, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a laboratory production environment 
- Scientific knowledge of PCR and the ability to apply this knowledge to problem solving 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related scientific field
