Are you a gifted Learning Designer with experience creating digital learning solutions for the commercial world? We're looking for an exceptional Learning Designer to work in a role which is key to our business, and focuses on the creation of industry leading, imaginative learning solutions for our clients.

The role

You'll meet with our clients to discuss their projects, digging deep to truly understand their challenges, goals and needs. You'll use your commercial awareness to see the bigger picture considering all aspects of the learning including ROI and long-term potential of projects. You'll collaborate with our talented Graphic Designers, Developers and Innovation Experts to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately. And along with producing innovative ideas, you'll research, develop and document learning approaches and methodologies in a clear, compelling manner whilst using your knowledge of different learning technologies to offer the best solutions for our clients.

Required experience, skills, and attributes:

- Proven experience working as a Learning Designer (elearning/digital learning)
- Good technical understanding of delivering elearning
- Flexibility in use, and experience of different Authoring Tools
- Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills working both internally, and externally with clients
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and work to tight deadlines
