Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: GBP17,335 pro rata'd
Hours: On average 14 hours per week

Our client is on a mission to end relationship abuse, they're campaigning for change and providing support throughout Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
They're looking for an Assistant Domestic Abuse Practitioner to join them to provide a supportive and secure environment for customers escaping domestic abuse both in a refuge setting and in the community.
You'll visit all identified customers, both in the refuge and in the community to provide tailored support to victims giving practical, emotional, and legal support.
You'll be answering calls, emails and responding to on-call issues both at the refuge and in the community, for both male and female customers. You'll need to keep customer information up to date by using their information reporting system, so you'll need to be able to use Microsoft Office and have great communication skills.
You'll be working evenings (4:15 - 8:15pm) on a 4-week rolling rota working 56 hours across the 4 weeks. This service also runs around the clock and around the needs of the customer so they may need you to cover periods of annual leave or cover shifts at short notice to ensure the service is always manned.
You'll need to have your own vehicle that's suitable to use for business use and you'll need to complete a DBS check.
