Understanding the dichotomies, diversity and cultural effects on mental health in a area like DOrking, is vital to being able to have the stoic and durability nature to thrive in this role. Maintaining behaviour of the students, where possible and raising academic achievement, can be difficult.
As a Restorative Justice Graduate Woking it's your sincerity which is going to count for a great deal in this role. he school is a maisntream school specifically for 80 boys with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and wellness concerns. Raising attainment both acadmeically and socially, is the aim.

This is a LSA role where you will be working with some very vulnerable adults, displaying may different types of behaviour. Some will be incredibly charismatic, yet, confrontational. Contrast that to some of the Adults who have autism, who could well be very withdrawn and not willing to give you an insight.
Psychology Graduate LSA Woking ideal for a Psychology Graduate - Education and Training - September 2020- - Psychology Graduate LSA Woking - Immediate start

-Rehabilitation of Offenders practice, 60% of the students have convictions.
***Ideal preparation for Youth Justice or Criminal Justice
***Some of the students you will be working with, will be in the early stages of rehabilitation
***Ideal role for an aspiring Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Graduate LSA role in Dorking
***Education and Training provided, exceptional CPD. References provided for you to get onto MSc/Research project/PHD
***GBP80 per day, CPD provided and access to managers and councillors
***Opportunity to work with and network with an array of specialist therapists
***Working 1:1 with at least pupils with varying degrees of SEN from Mild Learning Difficulties to Severe Autism.
***5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm
Education and Training provided online and in house
-Fantastic CPD provided by teachers and tutors, ideal for when you start a MSc or research project
-You will be working with likeminded Criminology and Psychology Graduates
-Opportunity to interview and spend the day in the school, seeing how the SEN department operates
-6-16 adults, taking them through subjects, exams and vocations. Wonderful facilities, diverse range of learning aids
-Working with different pupils, ages and at different stages of their learning
