Our client based in Ely is looking for Team Leaders to join the friendly evening team to package gift boxes.
This is an opportunity for experienced Supervisors/Team Leaders.
IMMEDIATE START
Experience is essential.
Start date 24th August working full time (40 hours per week) through until December.
GBP11.00 per hour
GBP13.75 per hour for overtime
Bonuses of up to GBP75.00 per week to be earned based on targets being achieved (to be paid monthly)
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday - 3.15pm to 11.45pm
Friday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm
(Some overtime available on Saturdays)
Due to location own transport is preferred - Car parking is available on site.
Main Duties:
- Overseeing a team of approx. 10 production operatives to ensure daily targets are met
- Motivating staff to ensure productivity levels are high
- Acting as the leader for the production line to support staff
- Providing work direction and training to your line staff
- Ensuring the packaging area is kept clean and tidy and conditions are safe
- Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety and company policies.
- Work under own initiative and provide managers with ideas to improve efficiency
Main Requirements:

- Comfortable with a fast paced environment
- Reliability
- Understanding of the packaging processes
- No Jewellery
- No false nails
- High Viz - will be provided by Gi Group
