My client is based on the Cotswold Oxford border and pride themselves on providing a customer focused service to their hotel guests.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with flair and passion to join this beautifully styled 4 star property that has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment.
Within this property as Restaurant Manager your key duties will include:
Running the restaurant team during service
Assisting with rotas
Ongoing training and development of your staff
Responsible for managing the daily services and assisting guests where ever possible.
Responsible for the presentation and selection of the dining areas ready for service.
To handle all guests complaints / concerns diligently, rapidly and professionally, in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction is attained while protecting the best interests of the hotel

A Restaurant Supervisor who has worked in a quality property looking for their first Restaurant Management role.
A very hands on approach with service and training
An exceptional eye for detail where only the best will do
A professional who has a progressive CV showing stability and loyalty through commitment and service to previous employers.
A candidate with experience of banqueting
Someone who is fully aware of the current challenges with COVID-19 within the hospitality sector and has a flexible approach to work and hours.
Someone who can do adhoc overnight sleep in duty management cover
