Technical Pre Sales Advisor (Domestic Heating)
Meridian are proud to represent a market leading local employer with a great opportunity to join the team in the role of Technical Pre-sales Advisor.
This is a business critical role that is both challenging and rewarding and relies on sound technical sales advice being given to both installers and end users.
You will need to have a sound domestic heating background with knowledge of basic design. Knowledge of emerging renewable technologies is also desirable but training on all the company's products will be given.
?? Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager you will be supporting the sales department with queries of a technical nature.
?? Taking calls and replying to emails from a wide range of customers providing "pre-install" product support.
?? Supporting our customers to determine correct product specification.
?? Identifying sales opportunities whilst working closely with both our internal & external sales teams to ensure that such opportunities are maximised.
?? Answer technical related emails that are sent into the departments email address.
?? Advise engineers, contractors, architects, consultants and the general public on various heating and hot water systems requirements.
?? Carry out whole House heat loss calculations.
?? Assist colleagues with design and technical queries that they may be unsure of.
Monday to Thursday 8.30 -17.30, Friday 08:30-17:00, 1 hr lunch break
Salary dependant on experience GBP30,000 - GBP32,000
