Our client specialises in providing neurological, palliative and dementia care in a homely and protective environment. Independence, dignity and quality of life is of the highest importance, and this is achieved through excellent nursing care, good food and a homely environment.
The Nurse will be responsible for administrating of medication and planning nursing care. You as the registered nurse will also be responsible for observing and recording the conditions of patients and maintaining their records in accordance to NMC guidelines.
