Salary Bracket : GBP16,800 to GBP17,500 dependent on experience.
Working hours : Monday to Friday : 8.30am till 4.45pm with 30 minutes lunch
Our client, A well established organisation based in Coseley / Bilston are looking to recruit a Technical Customer Support Advisor on a temp to perm basis.You will be working within a fast paced environment, Training on products will be given so you must be willing to learn and work with others.
The Role
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Offering technical advise in regards to the company products, training will be given.
- Arranging repairs and ordering parts for the products.
- Managing customer expectations in regards to repairs and time of completion.
- Learning the products so you can advise the customer accurately.
- Dealing with incoming emails and answering them in professional manner.
- Resolving Complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
The Successful Candidate
- Will have experience in a similar role.
- Be able to deal with customer's who may be challenging in a professional manner.
- Be technically minded.
- Be patient and able to show empathy when required.
- Be available to start ASAP.
- Must be looking for long term employment as this role is not to be used as a stop gap.
