I am delighted to be working for an engineering business, based in the heart of County Durham, who are actively looking for an Electronics Design Engineer to join them on a 3 month fixed term contract.
This role, which will cover a wide range of projects, will report into the multi-disciplined engineering team and will involve the design and testing of PCB and control systems, prototype design and testing both on the digital and analogue side. Through the use of code appropriate embedded software you will create embedded system design and implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a degree educated engineer with a sound understanding of electronic product development. You will have experience designing and developing embedded software through the use of C, C++, Java and MATLAB. You will be able to design and develop PCB and control systems within medical devices, aerospace or automotive industries and have experience working on next generation products.
This is fixed term contract expected to last 3 months, this role may be extended further
