Customer Service Adviser - Outskirts of Stowmarket - Temp to Perm - GBP18,000.
We are currently seeking for an experienced customer service candidate behalf of our client who is experiencing a high level of growth within the current climate. This will be a varied office-based customer service and administration role to work within the small, supportive and enthusiastic customer services team.
You will be responsible for;
Delivering and maintaining high levels of customer service when responding to customers enquiries within the appropriate response times.
Taking ownership for each customer query both over the phone and via email, ensuring all enquires are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating to the relevant depart where needed.
Supporting a collaborative environment across the team and wider business, supporting colleagues to be focused on performance and achieving excellent outcomesThis is a full-time position, on a temp to perm basis with the ability for hours to be flexible providing that the full 37 hours are worked across five days per week, Monday to Friday.
Due to location you will require your own transport and will need to be available to start immediately.
