Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
EXPERIENCED SALES NEGOTIATOR (ESTATE AGENT) REQUIRED - LEIGH ON SEA - UPTO GBP15,000 BASIC SALARY PLUS COMMISSION
Our clients are a one-branch privately owned business that have been established for over 14 years in the lovely town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
A family run business with a close-knit team who deliver exceptional service to customers who are seeking to either sell or let their property in and around Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
They are a very busy office and are seeking to expand their team to deal with the increase in current enquiries.
As an experienced Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) you will enjoy the following: -
* A basic salary of between GBP12k to 15,000 per annum depending on previous experience
* A commission package that is uncapped and we would expect you to be earning around GBP25,000 per annum in your first year
* A five day working week to include every Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week
* Real career progression opportunities to move to Senior Negotiator and beyond
* Pension
* Holidays
* Working directly with the owners of the business and working within a friendly and closeknit team who all support each other to maximise business.
We are seeking a candidate who the following experience, skills and attributes: -
* MUST have a minimum of one years' current experience in selling property as a Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)
* Have a track record of successfully selling homes
* Be very well presented and able to confidently deal with Vendors and Buyers both face to face and over the telephone
* Have a full UK driving license and own car for business
* Be able to accompany buyers on viewings
* Be able to negotiate offers and tie up house sales in a professional and confident way
* MUST be totally customer focused and continue the reputation of the business within Leigh on Sea
* Be proactive and ambitious to grow your career with this great business
