Legal Secretary - Family Law - Guildford
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new challenge? A leading law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Family department in Guildford.
The role will involve supporting multiple fee earners and offers a busy and fast paced workload. The role is full-time and permanent and offers a competitive salary and benefits package alongside excellent career growth opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Document production and amendment of documents.
* Prepare, collate and index legal documents and court bundles.
* Act as the point of contact in the Lawyers' absence.
* Support the billing process.
* Adding client information to the relevant database.
* Diary management for the fee earners as well as organising and supporting all travel arrangements
Experience and qualifications required:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Family law department.
* Intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
* The ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
