Services Coordinator Job Preston
Your new company
Your new company is a renowned, large and thriving facilities company with several sites scattered across the UK. Due to growing individual teams, they now require a Services Coordinator on a permanent basis to join them at their base located midway between Preston and Blackpool.
Your new role
Your new job will oversee a varied workload, from the delivery of a high quality face-to-face customer service by greeting visitors, answering queries and performing your duties with a customer-focus. You will be organising seating plans and coordinating ad-hoc/emergency works where necessary. In addition to this, you will be required to maintain expected standards in-line with KPIs, including being vigilant in liaising with the Senior Leadership Team to log any safety risks such as slips, breakages and leaks, feeding back to your Administration Manager on a weekly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly personable and approachable individual, with the ability to forge lasting rapports with colleagues and visitors. A self-starter, you will be organised and able to prioritise your workload, preferably with some previous experience of working in a customer service setting.
