We are looking to recruit an Area Manager to oversee our Driving and Industrial Division.

The opportunity
The Area Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities, focused principally around business growth, service delivery and compliance. You will be working directly alongside of those under your control, will be actively involved in the day to day activities of the company, creating growth and developing and implementing positive change in multiple facets of our business.
Responsible for;
* Managing circa 500 hires for the end client
* Line management of a team of Consultants and Support staff within a KPI'd environment
* Management of the overall recruitment funnel within your assigned recruitment area
* Acting point of escalation for your team and client candidates
* Performance management, including holding disciplinary procedures through to dismissal
* Overseeing expenses spend and staff expenditure of your team
* Meeting and exceeding your KPIs
* Compliance checks and audit reviews for your team
* Ensure all recruitment event bookings are in place as required
* Ensuring your team has access to all required resources to effectively run recruitment events
* To demonstrate and maintain strong working knowledge of the area you will be overseeing, including recruitment trends, key sourcing channels, and community networks
* Performance control to agreed targets and budgets
Job requirements
* A minimum of 3 years relevant recruitment consultancy experience in the temporary supply sectors
* Prior experience in business development processes within recruitment
* Prior experience of working to achieve high levels of customer service
* Strong leadership & team building skills
* A keen and active interest in the identification and application of technology into recruitment
* Prior experience of performance management
* Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
* Resourcefulness and tenacity in all aspects of the role
* High personal ambition & drive
