Job title: Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
Salary: Up to 23,000 GBP
Location: Lynmouth, Devon
Type of contract: Permanent
Workplace description: This award winning 14th Century thatched smugglers inn overlooking a tiny picturesque harbour and Lynmouth is situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The excellence of our famous restaurant is well known and the Head Chef and his brigade continue this long tradition with a blend of quality local produce with a European Twist.
Main duties and responsibilities: Working for a Rosette restaurant, you will be in charge of the restaurant on your shift. You will be responsible for staff rotas and will supervise, train and motivate staff.
Essential criteria: Must have some supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who loves the hospitality industry and has a passion for good food and wine and thrives in a busy customer service environment.
Accommodation provided: Yes
Charge for accommodation: 40.00 GBP p/w
Meals provided: Yes, on an all inclusive basis
