The Role:

Business Change is looking for an additional Business Change Specialist to join our team. The candidate will bring a blend of skills to the organisation, including:

-Project Management (eg. Prince 2, Agile)

-Business Improvement & Process design (eg. Lean, Six Sigma)

-Data Analysis

-People Change Management

You will have demonstrable experience of managing projects and delivering business benefit using a combination of the above skills.You will be allocated specific projects and be responsible for developing project plans, working closely with colleagues in Operations, Technology and other supporting functions to ensure they deliver to time, scope and quality; ultimately realising customer experience and efficiency/effectiveness objectives.THT has a range of strategic projects underway to support the growth in new home development, the transformation of property services/repairs, improvements in customer service and enhancements to the digital platforms.

You’ll have the ability to build and maintain strong ongoing relationships across a cross-functional project team and demonstrate good client, team and stakeholder engagement skills. You will assist the Programme Manager in the preparation of progress/delivery reports, provision of information and timely escalation of opportunities, risks and issues. You will need a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine passion and enthusiasm to drive and deliver business improvement.
