Designer

Our client who work within the Facade industry are looking to recruit a Designer based at their offices in the Cambs region.
Duties include:
??Producing concept sketches, detailed designs, calculations and reports in accordance with project programmes
??Design of project designs under the guidance of design manager
??Scheduling of products under the guidance of design manager
??Assist with site hardware lists
?? Provide support to design manager and other team members
?? Assist with sending quotations and orders for fabrication
?? Assist project managers and site team as required
?? Assist with general office administer duties such as printing, filing, design folders, site packs, email correspondence on related projects
??Knowledge of relevant building regulations, NBS specifications and understanding of cladding products is essential
The candidate must have Revit/BIM experience and have used daily ideally in Cladding/Facades industry.
We have a project that requires it to be drawn in revit. This project has a lead designer on already and the candidate will assist him along with other projects within the department on 2D Auto-cad.
