Our client is an established and successful asbestos company who is currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Bristol area. The company are looking for somebody that has extensive experience carrying out the full range of asbestos surveys on a varied site base. A large portion of this role will consist of off-shore work, so the successful candidate will need to be happy with extensive travel and staying away..
Qualifications & Experience:
Will hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
A strong working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.
Role:
Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company's large portfolio of clients.
