Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Production Shift Manager to join our global manufacturing client in Trowbridge. This Permanent position is full time, offering up to GBP55,000 per annum and is working a variety of shifts.

The successful Production Shift Manager will be responsible for;
- Ensuring the Filling and Packing schedules are completed on time and in full
- Continually driving and improving productivity and efficiency
- Adhering to all quality systems and processes, and implementing new improvements
- Managing HS&E improvement programs within the areas of responsibility
- Keeping and maintaining training programs for all staff and keeping records of these
- Drive continuous improvement
As an experience Production Shift Manager you should be able to evidence the following skills and experience;
- Experience of managing a team of 150+ staff
- Working knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- A proven background of training staff and driving continuous improvment
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
