Revit Technician

CADagency is delighted to be working with a design led specialist foodservice consultancy that creates some of the most inspiring and successful hospitality operations worldwide, with clients including the world's premier corporate, hotel and leisure operators.
Due to a steady increase in business they are looking for a Full Time Revit Technician to work in their Romford office.
As a Revit Technician you will be working on some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally you will be fully conversant in Revit and experience with BIM
Requirements

• Revit experience - willing to consider those with Revit experience from other industries or
• college/university leavers with Revit experience looking for their first employment
• Industry experience within a similar role
• Experience working on Food and Beverage projects - beneficial
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Meeting tight deadlines
• The ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
• Project delivery and coordination
• Implement best practice procedures as a Revit Technician
• Support surrounding team with various projects
• Continuous development within the team to better our CAD/Revit library and templates
• Support the Project lead with input to the Revit model as required
