Letting Negotiator - Cardiff Student Letting
Salary £19,338 per annum
Full time fixed term contract for 12 months. The role offers an excellent working environment and benefits package which includes 34 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. (Subject to successful growth of the business there is the possibility of extending the contract length / position being made permanent thereafter).

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the letting agency team at Cardiff Student Letting. Based in the Students’ Union building on Park Place, the successful candidate will support the Letting Agency team to help manage and grow the existing business.
The main purpose of the role is to assist with the property viewings/ rentals side of the business. In addition to this, the role will be varied and will include serving and advising customers, meeting sales targets, dealing with property management, inspections, assisting with everyday duties within the letting agency, social media promotion and providing support to the letting agency team.
The person we are looking for must have a positive, friendly, polite and patient manner, a full UK driving licence, be I.T. literate and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of working in a letting agency or similar environment is essential. As we are always trying to both improve the service we provide and streamline our workloads and processes, the successful applicant must be forward thinking, highly organised and be able to work on their own initiative.
Working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday although occasional flexibility during evenings and weekends will be required subject to the demands of the business.
