Byddwch yn Cyfrannu tuag at y dull o weithio ‘un tîm’ ar draws Adra gan roi gwasanaeth cyson i denantiaid a chymorth i gyd-weithwyr ar draws y sefydliad yn ôl y gofyn, drwy gadw at bolisïau a gweithdrefnau Adra a chyfrannu at gynlluniau ac amcanion cyflawni gwasanaeth.

Byddwch yn sicrhau eich bod yn darparu gwasanaethau gwych i denantiaid a defnyddwyr gwasanaeth eraill a chyrraedd targedau perfformio sy’n ymwneud â’r maes gwaith yn cael eu cwrdd.

Customer Services Officer

£19,560 - £21,800 per annum – temporary up to 6 months

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

You will Contribute to the ‘one team’ approach throughout Adra, providing a consistent service to tenants and assistance to colleagues throughout the organisation as required, by adhering to Adra policies and procedures and contribute to delivering service plans and objectives as required.

You’ll also ensure the excellent provision of services to tenants and other service users, delivering aspirational customer satisfaction, and that performance targets are met relating to the allocated area of work.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
