Site Facilities Officer - 2 Posts

Grade 5, £19,945 - £21,589 pro rata, (plus on call allowance)

(£10.34 - 11.19 per hr)


Post 1 : 06:00 to 10:30

            : 17:30 to 18:30

Total = 27.5 hours (Split across two sites)

Post 2 : 06:30 to 10:30

            : 16:00 to 17:30

Total = 27.5 hours (Split across two sites)

The Yorkshire and the Humber Co-operative Learning Trust (YHCLT) was formed in September 2016 and is now responsible for 9 schools across Hull, 2 secondary and 7 primary schools.

We are committed to ensure that all of our schools have access to a high quality support services to underpin the excellent work our schools do in educating our pupils.

Required for an immediate start, are 2 x Site Facilities Officers to join our central site team. This role will be expected to cover across all sites within our Trust although these roles will be predominantly based at Stepney Primary and Newland School for Girls.

Main duties for the role include site security, Health and safety, covering school events and lettings, cleaning and other and other ad-hoc painting and joinery duties. The role will be expected to provide on call service on a rota basis to cover an alarm activation at one or more of our schools – additional pay is available for this.
