You’ll be joining our established Property Services team which provides day to day, void and capital works programmes across our client properties. As a core member of the Property Services team you’ll assist with the maintenance service and upkeep of the Group’s properties, specifically in relation to the annual gas servicing and breakdown heating systems. You’ll diagnose and repair faults in domestic heating and plumbing systems and renew heating and plumbing fittings.

You’ll also issue certificates for gas works in line with legislation and the Group’s policy and procedures, advising the Gas Safety Manager of any problems or issues.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that our client delivers to their customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of their customers will be key. You’ll be based in the communities they serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach. Installation experience is desirable but not essential.

Suitably qualified with up to date A.C.O.P.S certificates and Gas Safe Registration for domestic and/or commercial gas, you’ll also need a full UK driving license as well as a full well-maintained tool kit at all times.
