As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will receive a salary of GBP33,271 and benefit from a generous commission scheme. Other attractive benefits include:

What will this role of Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC Qualified) entail?

As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will be responsible for making and attending appointments with potential clients to conduct hearing tests in accordance with HCPC standards and promoting and selling hearing solutions. Your duties will include, although not be limited to:

• Processing the sales administration of orders
• Accurately completing audiograms and filling out records on the CMS system
• Providing reports to support testing, sales activities, and planning
• Delivering excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls, and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a high level of audiometry, sales and procedural knowledge and skills by attending training courses and team meetings

You will be field based, along with travel to team meetings (approx. 6 per year).

What will I need to be considered for this Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC Qualified) vacancy?

• Be HCPC qualified with proven experience as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Excellent customer service skills, with the confidence to build rapport and sell products
• Full UK driving licence
  
• You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
